Regular, contract employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for Medical and Dental Insurance following 60 days of employment.  ProAltHR covers a substantial portion of your medical premium.

Medical – ProAltHR offers medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield

Dental – Coverage is available on a voluntary basis through Delta Dental

Voluntary Additional Insurance Benefits – A wide variety of additional insurance, including short-term disability, is offered on a voluntary basis through AFLAC

Holiday Pay – ProAltHR recognizes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Consultants are eligible to receive holiday pay after the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

401K Plan – ProAltHR contract employees are eligible for our 401K plan on the first of the month, following six months of service.

MERSC – ProAltHR is a member of the Minnesota Employee Recreation and Services Council, a non-profit professional association that offers discounts at numerous participating businesses in the Twin Cities.

Contract Employee Awards – All contractors are eligible to win awards and special recognition for delivering exceptional service to our clients.  Awards include a special lunch and cash prizes.
